Welcome to our after-abortion support page. Here you will find information about our safe, compassionate, and confidential program designed to provide understanding, healing, and support for the complex emotions you may be feeling after your abortion experience -- whether it occurred last year or thirty years ago. We provide after-abortion care services in Sanford and Winter Park, Florida. 

If you are currently contemplating abortion and have questions, we would love to talk to you one-on-one in a confidential and caring environment. 

For those who have experienced abortion, it’s not uncommon to face unexpected emotions such as sadness, shame, guilt, or grief. These feelings may arise shortly after the procedure or even years later, often bringing significant emotional challenges. You don’t have to face these feelings alone – we are here to help. 

We would like to warmly invite you to join our after-abortion care program, Out of the Valley - Intentional Healing from After-Abortion Grief. This 8-week program offers a safe space to process your emotions and begin your journey toward healing. Sessions meet once a week for 1.5 to 2 hours (depending on group size), and we also offer a condensed version to accommodate participants' schedules.

Our program is designed to empower you with tools and support to find internal peace and restore emotional well-being. In a caring group setting, you will connect with others who understand your experience, guided by compassionate facilitators committed to your healing.
